Our tastings are designed to be approachable, educational, and personalized. Guests can enjoy handcrafted spirits, limited whiskies, Villicana wines (we are a winery, too!), and stories about the sustainable distilling process that helped pioneer craft spirits in Paso Robles.

 

Choose Your Tasting Experience

Wine & Spirits Flight: $40

• Experience both Villicana wines and Re:Find handcrafted spirits in a guided tasting designed to showcase the connection between Paso Robles wine country and craft distilling.
• The tasting is designed to be shared by two people.
• The tasting fee is waived with the purchase of two bottles.

Whiskey Flight: $40

• Explore a selection of Re:Find handcrafted whiskeys, each showcasing our small batch approach to distilling in Paso Robles wine country. Taste how grain, barrel, and time shape each spirit.

Club Members: Tastings are complimentary for members + 2 guests (4 total).

Reservation Information

• Please reserve for the total number of guests in your group, including designated drivers and children.
• To help us provide the best possible experience for all guests, reservations arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be accommodated.
• Dogs are welcome on leash.
• Due to severe fire risk conditions, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

 Groups of 10+

• Planning a larger gathering, celebration, or wine country weekend with friends and family? We would love to have you.
• Tasting fees will be charged the day of your visit to the credit card provided based on the number of tastings enjoyed, plus a 20% gratuity.
• Reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the tasting will be charged $40 per guest.
